Departure plans
When we leave the dock there will be a boat ride to wherever the fish are located. Depending on the time of year, we could be going only a few miles from Bayfield or can be anywhere up to 40 miles offshore, with our beautifully equipped 33-foot tiara that gives us the opportunity to go where ever the fish are, so we can fill your cooler! When we return, Captain Zander will get a picture of your fish and he will clean them and bag them for you. All you have to do is sit back and relax while he cleans them for you!
Meet captain Zander Ziemski. I
(Zander) am a Coast Guard Certified
Captain. I have been fishing Lake
Superior since I was 6 years old. I fell
in love with it and have been working as a first mate since I was 8 years old. I have been very thankful to have been taught by some of the very best captains on the lake. I bought my first boat when I was 14 and have now worked my way up to a 33-foot Tiara open powered by twin 454 Mercruiser's. I have fished many tournaments on Lake Superior and I'm happy to say that I've done very well in them. I fell in love with the apostle islands and the fishery we have here and can't wait to share it with you!
